2.1. PlaylistGems is a collaborative playlist platform that allows hosts to create Spotify playlists and share QR codes with guests, enabling song requests without requiring guests to have Spotify accounts.
2.2. The Service integrates with Spotify’s API to provide playlist management functionality. Your use of Spotify features is also subject to Spotify’s Terms of Service.
3.1. To use certain features of the Service, you must connect your Spotify account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or connecting your account.

6.2. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

7.2. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
8.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2. In no event shall AP Resourcing Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
